I truly was at a loss with the home situation of a family member and I took a chance giving Hometown Development Company a call after seeing their ad on TV. Adam responded right away and promptly came out to see the house. A very fair offer was made quickly and in a short time, we had the issue resolved for the family member. We were so appreciative of how accommodating Adam and his team were as we approached closing and the extra time that they gave us to get everything moved out of the house. The closing was timed perfectly and all went smoothly! Adam and his team truly made it possible for my family member to get into a much better living situation and I am so grateful!
