This project had been vacant for quite some time before we purchased it.  It was being used for storage and the owner decided that it was time to sell.  We purchased it from the owner in its as-is condition containing all of the contents that they did not want to keep.  We purchased it for cash and they handed over the keys.  As easy as that.  Once we purchased the property we lovingly restored it to its former glory.  This was one of our favorite projects of Spring 2020!
